Tennis court
Tennis courts (outdoor artificial grass courts) are located in the Tominokoji area in the southeastern part of Kyoto Gyoen.
Tominokoji and Imadegawa Grounds
There are 3 areas for sports in Kyoto Gyoen National Garden, Tominokoji Ground, Imadegawa Ground, and Demizu Ground.
Tominokoji Ground
Nanshiki (rubber-ball) baseball and other activities can be enjoyed on the ground next to Tominokoji Resthouse.
Imadegawa Ground
Activities such as nanshiki (rubber-ball) baseball can be held on the ground located in the northeastern area.
Gateball field
At Gateball Field, competitions for sports including pétanque can be held.
Demizu Ground
There is a sports ground for children next to Demizu Stream.
