Updates from Mexico, Lithuania and Zimbabwe

In the first round of updates in 2023, the Platform for Redesign welcomed Zimbabwe and now represents a total of 80 countries and regions of the world. In addition, Mexico has submitted new measures on governance etc. since her last submission in October 2021. Lithuania has also updated its page, including new information on measures relevant to energy transition, waste management and others.
