First response/emergency response (initial response)

Research/specialist agencies

Dispatch of specialists and technicians to local governments affected by disasters, construction of treatment systems, dissemination of disposal and sorting methods for residential waste and clean-up waste, etc., provision/operational management of primary temporary storage spaces according to an initial estimation of the volume of clean-up waste, etc., countermeasures for offensive odors/harmful insects, on-site support for the treatment of problem materials, etc.

General waste-related organizations

Dispatch of waste collection vehicles and workers to local governments affected by disasters, collection and removal of residential waste, human waste, evacuation site waste and clean-up waste, on-site support for treatment, etc.
(Includes cooperation with volunteers, etc., according to the on-site situation)
